Our experienced staff will review all your accounts reports from top to bottom and perform a mini SRA Accounts Rules audit on a quarterly basis, notifying you of any breaches or potential risks.

Quarterly accounts health checks will include:

  • Full matter listing assessment covering all ledger balances.
  • Residual client balances reporting.
  • Full client and office bank reconciliation assessments.
  • VAT assessment.
  • Breaches register monitoring to highlight potential systematic/qualifying breaches.
  • Nominal ledger reviews to ensure accounts continuity.
  • Spot checks on signing of the Client Reconciliation Reports by the COFA.
